When I had a fit, the rep posted a little paragraph stating that they had passed on my complaint, WITH NO ETA for resolution! This is a crappy service! It constantly takes these little commercial breaks, it crashes leaving a spinning circle on a black screen, it takes forever for it to reload when it crashes…NOT WORTH THE PRICE…or ANY price for that matter. I asked SO WHY LIST THEM?!?!?!?! No answer to that. The rep said, “Yeah, some movies are just not available. I also told the rep that when I tried to watch movies that were listed on demand, a error code would come up and tell me the show was unavailable to me. I said so that is your answer?! The rep said, “Yes please”. I told them that a lot of movies that I try to watch start SOMEWHERE IN THE MIDDLE rather than at the beginning! The rep asked me if I could REWIND THEM BACK TO THE BEGINNING, I said yes. I’ve learned a huge lesson and I’ll never go back to that company. I really liked the TV service in general. I don’t expect to get the money back but I did expect better customer service and at least an investigation. They lost a faithful auto pay customer for a measly $80 bucks. when I went to the website, it was a place request to not share your personal information and had nothing to do with removing a credit card, I am disgusted with how I was treated. I am afraid of something else happening! I was told to contact this website to request it removed. ![]() I requested my credit card be removed from the account since I had already paid in advance for the service. I called a day later of course no fried ticket. I shut down the account and I was told a fraud ticket was opened. How was I don’t know how to even do that. I was treated as if I was lying and told I should’ve had a two step authentication in place.
